My move was from NY to Phoenix, AZ.

They quoted me $3,600 as the move cost.

They extorted me to pay $11,000.

I have retained legal counsel and representation against these people - Shawn is a liar and manipulator from start to finish. So is his felow scammer, Brandon.

Doris and her crew of Billing Department Banshees routinely screamed at the the top of their lungs at me, threatened to have the truckdriver "turn around and hold my belongings" in New Jersey.

They crushed hundreds of my boxes, broke my venetian cut glass goblets and cordials.

They broke my toaster oven, bent my triple bottom pans, broke kitchen glass storage containers, stole one of my speakers, "misplaced" a part to one of my food processors,

Broke my laptops, and much more that I have no yet even been able to open and assess yet.

They claimed "white glove service" and to "do all of my packing". NOT.

They quoted me $3600.00 for my move. They extorted $9000.00 from me, AND broke much of my most valuable property.

If I had not packed 120 of my own before they arrived, I would have very little of anything in my hands now in Phoenix.

After reading lots of reviews about moving companies in our area, I chose Xtreme Movers for my move from New York to Miami. Michelle in Customer Service was great to work with in preparing for the move. From the beginning of what is a very stressful experience they were very sympathetic and very careful with my property and that showed me that they really cared and wanted me to have the best moving exeprience possible. When they got to Miami with perfect timing as they said they would they even helped me put my bedroom in order so that I could at least have a comfortable place to sleep while I rearranged my new home. I highly recommend this group to anyone in the future that is looking to move and especially relocate.

This is by far the worse moving experience I have ever encountered.  This will be my second major move across country.  I wish I would have gone with the company that did my first move but this is  what I get for trying to cut corners.  First of the sales person was very nice to me in the beginning in order to get my business but once  it came down to the actual service, things got really bad.  The initial quote I was given doubled once they had my stuff although I didn't take up double the space in their truck. At this point my only option was to have them unload my stuff which I couldn't do so I had no choice but to pay double what I was quoted.  There were major damages once they delivered my stuff, one of my tvs was cracked, my expensive dresser had a dent, my expensive mirror was broken completely and my head board was damaged hence they couldn't assemble it.  Also they charged me an extra $100 upon arrival because my apt was on the 3rd fl.  Ridiculous!  Just stay away from this company all together.  Their service is really bad and they do not care once you are locked in.  At this point I am filing a claim with their insurance so I will come back with a review once I am done dealing with their claims department.

Moving is very stressful and creates a lot of different emotions, anxiety and doubts at times. I went thru 4 moving quotes and ended up choosing Xtreme Movers based on their terrific customer service and sales person Marsha who consistently answered all my questions and emails. She went above and beyond and earned trust thru the estimating process and quote even to the end of the move. That made a difference in choosing a company that would work for the customer and answer all their questions and ensure that things would be alright. The 3 quotes were fairly similar in costs, wight and volume and thru the process you learn how companies base their estimates and further costs if incurred for additional items, weight or volume.
The items were all packed and loaded in 1 day in a trailer and would have a 3-4 day delivery window which was promised by the dispatcher Doris. Manny and his crew were fast, efficient and did a good job with even the most fragile china, glass cabinets and tables, all dishes etc survived. And the driver Alan and his crew did a great job unloading and assembling furniture. Only a couple small lamps covers got smooshed and the plastic on a treadmill got cracked crushed. But in the end for all the stuff packed, loaded, some we expected.

All in all Xtreme Movers helped alleviate my fears and anxieties ad time got closer to the move, gave me a good quote and explained all the items on the estimated costs, delivery and worked with me on the estimate.

The customer service helped a lot and such ait was a quick turnaround fro. packing to delivery move. Thank you for delivering us safely.

I have used this mover twice up to now.  They did always great job. It’s simply to say excellent. When I hired them for the first time, observed their professionalism, sincerity, I decided to call them again if I need and the moment came to me again, I phoned them. Their customer service was always fast responsive. Last time the labors came several minutes earlier from their scheduled time on 8 o’clock in the morning. I can remember clearly that it was drizzling. In pouring rain, they completed their task without any hesitation and delay.  They wrapped up my every fragile item very cautiously. They provided sufficient boxes to move out of my 2 bedrooms condo. I would highly recommend them. I must say they will never disappoint any customers.

Finding a mover is a very hard process. One of my neighbors had used this company recently and she said they did a wonderful job. When I called in a spoke to a individual named Tony. He explained me his years in this industry and what to expect good and bad from each company I talk to. I trusted him and his company and they didn't dissapoint . My price stayed binding and the time of delivery was faster then expected. Thats all I can ask. I would deffinatly reccomend.

All of us know that there are many movers around the city. I was a little doubtful on which mover I should select. I enlisted my information to different moving related sites and I received calls from those companies. At last I went with Xtreme as I felt pretty relaxed talking to them. I visited their websites and some other review sites those helped me believing them as reliable mover. The way the workers did their job they really deserve a five star or more if there is any. I asked them if they had any policy for tips but they replied negative. I was told that whether I tipped them or not that would not make different the quality of service. I was highly pleased on not just their words but their job. .

We moved from New Jersey to Ohio with Xtreme mover. They handled each and every step faultlessly. They sent at my old home some incredible workers to move my possessions. Their all staffs were informative. Being acknowledged with their support and information, I know now a lot of issue regarding moving procedure. My entire move was done without any hitch. We had some furniture that needed to go down through a narrow staircase after their packing. They loaded all items into truck and there was not a single notch that I found when they delivered. We will certainly hire them again in future. .

The shipment reached on time. That was actually delivered couple of days earlier than their specified date. A call was made by the Xtreme’s customer care department to confirm the delivery date. I saw my inventories came up through a large carrier. I didn’t find any remarkable dent or damage. We had to live in our previous condo in a strict rules imposed by the owner. Xtreme movers were flexible with stern guidelines. It seemed the prompt crews finished packing in a flash. I let them load the van and left home with good piece of mind. I want to use again the skilled and dependable moving company. .

I would recommend Xtreme to anyone searching for a mover. The experience of our move was quite encouraging. I contacted too many companies but didn’t get priority enough due to moving from a small condo. Xtreme agreed then to help me out of this weird situation. Not only they agreed to carry my stuffs, there was huge discrepancy between Xtreme’s rate and the others. I didn’t want to pay titanic amount of bucks, I decided to get stuck with Xtreme. They arrived on time with a big truck and trailer. The guys were caring and respectful. As a result I received my items accurately with no missing from Massachusetts. Thank you Xtreme once again.

We booked Xtreme two weeks before our moving day. Their rate was not too bad.  On the previous day of moving, they rang me to be confirm if I was ready. I positively replied them. The movers were on time. They didn’t even go out to smoke until the work got finished.  The crews were outstanding and exceptionally friendly on moving day. The Xtreme office confirmed everything following up by email and phone call. They covered all fragile items with blankets in order to protect. Consequently Xtreme was able to deliver without breakage. I thoroughly recommend them to everyone. .

From the initial contact, the guys were friendly and professional. I decided to get the mover in order to load the truck and move for me. I wanted to wrap and cover all items personally. Though it was not a good decision, I anyhow managed to finish my job. They came up on the next day in time. The supervisor tagged all boxes with utmost care. There was enough room in their van. They did everything we asked for. Nothing was lost. Without them it would not be possible for me to move. I feel comfortable when I think of them cooperating in my stressful time.

I lived more than fifteen years in New Jersey. I was transferred to Kentucky for my official sake. My wife and I are fond of reading. We have huge collection of books. It’s been about ten years since we got married. There are so many items, furniture and documents those we needed to move in our new apartment in Kentucky. My wife and daughter became nostalgic when they think of the previous apartment. In this regard, I would like to thank Xtreme mover making our relocation smooth. After delivery, Xtreme workers tried to arrange and decorate some items in our new condo as they were in our ex home. The main point was our books. Xtreme took liabilities of those valuable assets. So far I checked after their handed over, there was no lost or damage. If I don’t count their pros and cons, I must have to thank them for the books relocation.

It seemed Xtreme didn’t cost me low price compared to other companies. But their service was more than excellent. I would definitely go with the company that would take care of my possessions, no matter if they quote a little more price. So I worked with this mover. After my call, a gentleman came out to my home. He made an estimate and walked me through all steps necessary to be done. I had no complaint on their procedure. I am not going to make this story longer! I just wanted to say, after delivery of my entire stuffs, they revised the rate with lower amount than the initial offered cost. I am thankful for that.

We found at last a winner moving company. After so many moves in last twenty years career, my experience says that my all other used movers qualities were average or lower than average standard. The Xtreme have been far beyond the others. The folks were swift, skilled and supportive in following communication and accommodating with our demand. The delivery workers stayed at my home until we became satisfied with the boxes they provided. Even the guys consider placing our furniture on request. I want to congratulate them again on the first day of the year for their excellent job done for me. My best wishes will always be with Xtreme. Good luck friends.

Thank you Xtreme. You performed a first class service for us. The company sent my house some industrious workers at my house. There was no hard chore to them. All my household items arrived and delivered at their promised time frame. We had some super large size furniture which they took apart and put back together at delivery period. They took extensive care of our kitchen items. The guys brought some separate boxes for kitchen stuffs and told those boxes were specially made for kitchen tools and appliances. Guys were polite and jolly. We supplied cups of tea and enjoyed chat with them.

The Xreme crews were brilliant but their final rate was a little higher than their previous quotation. There was some extra furniture that I requested to wrap in last minute. I think this was the reason of differences between primary and last estimate. Since I didn’t mention the furniture list clearly, I must pay for it. I was not unhappy on that issue. The way their boys worked for my move, just showed nothing but their proficiency. All items were nicely wrinkled and all items were labeled on accurate boxes so that nothing got damaged into the truck. They gave their best effort and as a result, I acquired an excellent moving experience.

Thank you Xtreme for making my move an easy one. I wanted a stress free experience. So I filled up few online forms and sent to get reply. Xtreme called me and fixed the date. Unfortunately my new apartment manager in Virginia phoned me and told that the condo wouldn’t get ready according to timeline. I then fell down from sky. I called the moving company and requested to make a new date. They were super helpful. They rescheduled another moving date. They seemed accommodating. The movers came on time and took apart of big furniture and loaded into the truck. They gave my valuables with no missing or dent in accurate time frame. I decided since then to take their service again. .

Well done Xtreme movers. You made my entire family happy. When I called them, the agent guaranteed for their price that would beat any other moving companies’ rate. It was their challenge. Within three days we got the proof. We called several moving companies to collect quotation for our relocation. Their rate was the lowest based upon the inventory and distance they needed to relocate. Though Xtreme guys provided the lowest rate, they served high quality service. Since our moving day, we observed them maintaining accurate delivery spread with high standard of care toward our belongings. Consequently we got a problem and stress free moving. .

I just wanted to thank extreme movers for the excellent move that I got from them. They moved me and I got my stuff. Now I'm settled. I'm so happy they quoted me good. Everything was excellent. The price went up a little bit. They explained why and I agreed. I got my delivery on time. Everything was excellent. Customer service was great for man helpers. All great team. My very expensive furniture got to me in great condition. Everything was good and now I'm settled in California. I'm ready to go back to work and if I move again because my job moved me from a state to another I will only pick Xtreme Movers.

With the help of the mover, we moved from New Jersey to Houston. We truly loved their work. Before hiring them, we have been scrutinizing several popular movers and after all we selected them. We had a short conversation over phone. They gave me an idea of very competitive rate quote. I found there was no hidden charge. They promised us for taking extreme care of our stuffs and the job was done without problem. On the day of picking up our belongings, they rang our door bell just exactly on schedule. They brought sufficient boxes. I was delivered my all furniture and other stuffs without delay. To be honest they were sincere and worked hard. Anyone can hire them without second thought.

Moving from New Jersey to New York, cost me $2800. But I didn’t throw these bucks into water. They packed and labeled everything. Even they also took my shower rail down without breaking. Then they wrapped and tapped those. They drove my all belongings to the new apartment. After that they unpacked boxes and reassembled. It was not possible for me to set up my couches, dining table, bed and dressing tables and all other heavy pieces. These guys did an awesome job. They were friendly. They are ready to go everywhere and do everything associated with moving. Thank you Xtreme movers.

I am very pleased on this mover. Since the first day when I called them, they were fast to respond. They quoted me a thorough estimation. Indeed the estimator was very skilled. I was fascinated watching how they placed our all household goods and our cars into the truck. When the load arrived, we were handed over all intact boxes. We had several painting portraits. They delivered those artworks without being stained.  We had no trouble to receive the load and to unpack. Their every box was accurately labeled. Even we didn’t ask them to assemble our big furniture; they did it at their own wish. They were a perfect mover.
