My move was from NY to Phoenix, AZ.

They quoted me $3,600 as the move cost.

They extorted me to pay $11,000.

I have retained legal counsel and representation against these people - Shawn is a liar and manipulator from start to finish. So is his felow scammer, Brandon.

Doris and her crew of Billing Department Banshees routinely screamed at the the top of their lungs at me, threatened to have the truckdriver "turn around and hold my belongings" in New Jersey.

They crushed hundreds of my boxes, broke my venetian cut glass goblets and cordials.

They broke my toaster oven, bent my triple bottom pans, broke kitchen glass storage containers, stole one of my speakers, "misplaced" a part to one of my food processors,

Broke my laptops, and much more that I have no yet even been able to open and assess yet.

They claimed "white glove service" and to "do all of my packing". NOT.

They quoted me $3600.00 for my move. They extorted $9000.00 from me, AND broke much of my most valuable property.

If I had not packed 120 of my own before they arrived, I would have very little of anything in my hands now in Phoenix.

After reading lots of reviews about moving companies in our area, I chose Xtreme Movers for my move from New York to Miami. Michelle in Customer Service was great to work with in preparing for the move. From the beginning of what is a very stressful experience they were very sympathetic and very careful with my property and that showed me that they really cared and wanted me to have the best moving exeprience possible. When they got to Miami with perfect timing as they said they would they even helped me put my bedroom in order so that I could at least have a comfortable place to sleep while I rearranged my new home. I highly recommend this group to anyone in the future that is looking to move and especially relocate.

This is by far the worse moving experience I have ever encountered.  This will be my second major move across country.  I wish I would have gone with the company that did my first move but this is  what I get for trying to cut corners.  First of the sales person was very nice to me in the beginning in order to get my business but once  it came down to the actual service, things got really bad.  The initial quote I was given doubled once they had my stuff although I didn't take up double the space in their truck. At this point my only option was to have them unload my stuff which I couldn't do so I had no choice but to pay double what I was quoted.  There were major damages once they delivered my stuff, one of my tvs was cracked, my expensive dresser had a dent, my expensive mirror was broken completely and my head board was damaged hence they couldn't assemble it.  Also they charged me an extra $100 upon arrival because my apt was on the 3rd fl.  Ridiculous!  Just stay away from this company all together.  Their service is really bad and they do not care once you are locked in.  At this point I am filing a claim with their insurance so I will come back with a review once I am done dealing with their claims department.

Moving is very stressful and creates a lot of different emotions, anxiety and doubts at times. I went thru 4 moving quotes and ended up choosing Xtreme Movers based on their terrific customer service and sales person Marsha who consistently answered all my questions and emails. She went above and beyond and earned trust thru the estimating process and quote even to the end of the move. That made a difference in choosing a company that would work for the customer and answer all their questions and ensure that things would be alright. The 3 quotes were fairly similar in costs, wight and volume and thru the process you learn how companies base their estimates and further costs if incurred for additional items, weight or volume.
The items were all packed and loaded in 1 day in a trailer and would have a 3-4 day delivery window which was promised by the dispatcher Doris. Manny and his crew were fast, efficient and did a good job with even the most fragile china, glass cabinets and tables, all dishes etc survived. And the driver Alan and his crew did a great job unloading and assembling furniture. Only a couple small lamps covers got smooshed and the plastic on a treadmill got cracked crushed. But in the end for all the stuff packed, loaded, some we expected.

All in all Xtreme Movers helped alleviate my fears and anxieties ad time got closer to the move, gave me a good quote and explained all the items on the estimated costs, delivery and worked with me on the estimate.

The customer service helped a lot and such ait was a quick turnaround fro. packing to delivery move. Thank you for delivering us safely.

I have used this mover twice up to now.  They did always great job. It’s simply to say excellent. When I hired them for the first time, observed their professionalism, sincerity, I decided to call them again if I need and the moment came to me again, I phoned them. Their customer service was always fast responsive. Last time the labors came several minutes earlier from their scheduled time on 8 o’clock in the morning. I can remember clearly that it was drizzling. In pouring rain, they completed their task without any hesitation and delay.  They wrapped up my every fragile item very cautiously. They provided sufficient boxes to move out of my 2 bedrooms condo. I would highly recommend them. I must say they will never disappoint any customers.

Finding a mover is a very hard process. One of my neighbors had used this company recently and she said they did a wonderful job. When I called in a spoke to a individual named Tony. He explained me his years in this industry and what to expect good and bad from each company I talk to. I trusted him and his company and they didn't dissapoint . My price stayed binding and the time of delivery was faster then expected. Thats all I can ask. I would deffinatly reccomend.

Xtreme was one of only a few companies I met around the country. They showed up at our home and got right to work, had our possessions relocated spontaneously with no glitch.  I supposed to clean my old apartment. The Xtreme members not only helped for relocation but set me up workers to clean my condo. The moving guys were careful not to damage our hardwood floor and painted walls. They got the big items down through a tricky staircase without being harassed. Xtreme sent really gentle and talented hard laborers to me. I appreciate them and look forward to work again.

The Xtreme folks couldn’t have been more helpful with my move. They made my transition completely hassle free. Being ripped off so many times before, I sought a written quotation from the surveyor who came to evaluate the moving belongings. The guys were true hard workers; they did not come to play game with my move. They worked as fast as they could. After the perfect delivery, I accidentally paid one hundred dollars more that both of us didn’t notice. The supervisor came back fifteen minutes later and returned the over amount. We all were pleased on his truthfulness and devotion to work. .

Service cost: $2670

The fantastic Xtreme workers have been cheerful, skilled and on time. I didn’t find any cons up on their performance. I had to change the dates and I could make it online. The process was great for me, it’s a superb link between both parties, otherwise I had to spent time and money to visit their office. The employees demonstrated quick and efficient job despite having narrow stairwell and small turn at our residence. Before their arrival to pack and upload I finished wrapping tiny stuffs. I set aside my important documents in different and safe places. I carried my papers with myself. The guys’ arrived and kept vigilance on my furniture, delicate antique items to pack and they did it very well all through the moving. No need to say the result. They passed with one hundred percent marks. Well done Xtreme.
